Dear Harding Family,
I am sad to tell you that our founder and past chairman of the school's Board of Directors, John Belt, passed away over the weekend in his sleep. He loved Harding Fine Arts Academy and was so proud of all of the students and their accomplishments. He was a familiar figure at so many of the concerts and performances. We will miss him and his leadership very much.

 Extended Schedule to continue in 2012-2013

The extended day schedule for the 2012-2013 school year has the students in school for more minutes per day, but fewer days per year.  This builds in snow days, eliminates the confusion of block schedule days yet provides extended teaching time every day. With regularly scheduled Fridays or Mondays off, parents can arrange for students' doctors' appointments, driving tests, and other appointments and reduce their out of class time.
